Mugimaru’s Udon noodles are prepared fresh every morning, using selected Japanese flour.
Same as Udon noodles, Udon soup is also prepared daily with original dashi ingredients and recipes. Osaka style Dashi-based soup, rich in body and Umami is our proud feature.
